Dunia yang semakin maju dan diterajui oleh wanita yang mahir dalam pekerjaan dan dapat mengatasi cabaran dunia hari ini, dan keterbatasan yang wujud dalam diri individu akan mengakibatkan pengabaian dari pelbagai sudut. Terdapat beberapa kes yang berlaku kerana wanita bekerja, contohnya, isu penceraian yang berlaku kerana sering tidak sempat bersama keluarga, dan mengabaikan urusan rumah tangga. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan isu keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan dalam kalangan wanita bekerja. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kefahaman usahawan wanita terhadap konsep keseimbangan kehidupan perkerjaan dan mengenal pasti cabaran dan strategi dalam mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Kajian kualitatif telah dijalankan dan 15 temu bual telah dijalankan. Informan merupakan seorang usahawan wanita dan berperanan sebagai ibu dan isteri. Data daripada temu bual dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan kebanyakan usahawan wanita memahami konsep keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan. Walau bagaimanapun, mengimbangi masa antara keluarga dan kerjaya adalah salah satu cabaran terbesar yang dihadapi. Isu itu timbul kerana pelbagai tanggungjawab yang dipikul oleh wanita, termasuk peranan ibu, isteri, anak, dan sebagai ahli perniagaan. Oleh itu, sistem sokongan dan bantuan sedia ada mesti menjurus ke arah penambahbaikan bagi menjamin kesejahteraan wanita.
