Tanggapan Teknologi dan Motivasi Intrinsik Terhadap Penerimaan Sistem Maklumat: Kajian Awal di Sektor Awam

Pendigitalan dokumen melalui sistem maklumat memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kecekapan pengurusan dokumen dalam sektor awam. Di Malaysia, pelaksanaan Sistem Pengurusan Dokumen Elektronik (EDMS) masih berdepan kadar penerimaan yang rendah, dipengaruhi oleh jurang digital, kepercayaan pengguna yang terhad, dan persepsi negatif terhadap sistem maklumat kerajaan. Kajian ini merupakan kajian awalan yang bertujuan meninjau tahap persepsi penjawat awam terhadap EDMS berdasarkan faktor teknologi dan motivasi intrinsik. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui soal selidik berstruktur yang dibangunkan berasaskan gabungan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan teori motivasi intrinsik. Seramai 30 orang penjawat awam dalam Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional (P&P) di Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya telah dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan kaedah pensampelan bertujuan. Analisis data dijalankan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menilai tahap tanggapan terhadap konstruk yang dikaji, manakala kebolehpercayaan instrumen diuji melalui pekali Cronbach’s Alpha. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa tanggapan kebergunaan dan tanggapan mudah guna terhadap EDMS berada pada tahap tinggi, manakala motivasi intrinsik menunjukkan variasi antara responden. Kajian ini menyediakan asas awal bagi pembangunan model konseptual yang lebih menyeluruh untuk kajian lanjutan berkaitan penerimaan sistem maklumat dalam sektor awam.
