Aplikasi Teknik Fuzzy Delphi Terhadap Pengetahuan Komunikasi Berkesan Secara Inklusif Dalam Memperkasakan Pelan Strategik OKU

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mendapatkan konsensus pakar mengenai keperluan pengetahuan komunikasi berkesan secara inklusif dalam memperkasakan Pelan Strategik OKU. Keperluan Pelan Strategik OKU yang dibincangkan merangkumi aspek pengetahuan komunikasi yang berkesan meliputi sokongan persekitaran kampus. Proses pengesahan dilakukan oleh 10 orang pakar dalam bidang pendidikan, Pendidikan OKU, pemegang taruh dalam pentadbiran universiti, dan badan pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO). Soal selidik sebanyak 15 item telah diberikan kepada pakar. Konsensus pakar tersebut kemudiannya dianalisis menggunakan teknik Fuzzy Delphi. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa konsensus pakar terhadap keperluan ‘pengetahuan komunikasi berkesan secara inklusif’ adalahberdasarkan kepada empati, maklum balas segera, kesediaan membantu dan keprihatinan staf. Implikasi kajian ini adalah panduan latihan kakitangan untuk komunikasi inklusif dan mengalakkan nilai kemanusiaan dalam komunikasi sosial.
