تحليل تداولي لاستراتيجيات الاعتذار في مسلسل "حواجز مبعثرة" في ضوء نظرية كوهين وأولشتاين (1983)

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل استراتيجيات أفعال الكلام للاعتذار كما تجسّدت في المسلسل العربي: "حواجز مبعثرة"، وذلك بالاعتماد على منهج وصفي–نوعي يركّز على توصيف الظواهر اللغوية وتحليلها تداولياً في سياقاتها الاجتماعية. وانطلاقاً من ندرة الدراسات التي تناولت الاعتذار في الدراما العربية، تهدف الورقة إلى سد فجوة بحثية من خلال تطبيق إطار كوهين وأولشتاين (1983) لتصنيف استراتيجيات الاعتذار. وقد شمل التحليل ست حلقات كاملة من المسلسل (مدة كل حلقة 37 دقيقة)، واستُخرج منها عشرون حالة اعتذار صُنّفت إلى خمس استراتيجيات رئيسة: التعبير عن الاعتذار، الاعتراف بالمسؤولية، التفسير أو التبرير، عرض التعويض، والوعد بعدم التكرار. وأظهرت النتائج أن استراتيجية "التعبير عن الاعتذار" كانت الأكثر شيوعاً (35%)، تلتها "الاعتراف بالمسؤولية" و"التفسير أو التبرير" (30% لكل منهما)، في حين لم تُسجّل سوى حالة واحدة للوعد بعدم التكرار (5%)، ولم يظهر أي توظيف لاستراتيجية عرض التعويض. وتُفهم هذه النتائج بوصفها توصيفاً تداولياً لأنماط الاعتذار داخل نص درامي محدد، وليست نتائج إحصائية قابلة للتعميم، مما يبرز قيمة الدراسة في الكشف عن تمثيلات الاعتذار في الخطاب الدرامي العربي المعاصر.
