Elemen Kemahiran Inovator Akar Umbi Dalam Amalan Penghasilan Inovasi Akar Umbi Kearah Pembangunan Lestari Melalui Perspektif Islam

Inovasi akar umbi adalah inovasi yang menggunakan pelbagai sumber dan teknologi asli atau sedia ada untuk menghasilkan inovasi dalam bentuk yang lebih kreatif dan membawa kepada perubahan yang lebih baik kepada pendapatan, sosial dan alam sekitar. Inovator akar umbi merupakan individu yang menggunakan kreativiti, pengetahuan tersirat dan kemahiran diri untuk menghasilkan inovasi serta menyelesaikan masalah setempat yang dihadapi. Inovator akar umbi dapat menghasilkan inovasi dengan menekankan aspek kerohanian dan meningtegrasi nilai-nilai yang diredhai Allah dalam amalan penghasilan inovasi kearah pembangunan lestari. Walau bagaimanapun, inovator akar umbi menghadapi masalah dalam membangunkan produk inovasi kerana kekangan terhadap pengetahuan dan kemahiran. Keberkesanan pembangunan produk inovasi akar umbi memerlukan sokongan daripada pelbagai pihak dan agensi. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk meneroka amalan inovasi serta mengemukakan elemen-elemen kemahiran diri yang dimiliki oleh inovator dalam penghasilan produk inovasi. Kaedah kualitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini dengan menekankan penerokaan kajian melalui sorotan, pemerhatian, dan temu bual. Seterusnya, data naratif yang diperoleh daripada temu bual dan sorotan kajian berdasarkan pelbagai sumber dianalisis menggunakan teknik perbandingan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat lima elemen kemahiran bagi inovator akar umbi yang menyumbang kepada keberkesanan inovator dalam menghasilkan produk inovasi. Elemen-elemen ini penting kerana bukan sahaja untuk menggalakkan pembangunan lestari tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan kemahiran sebagai seorang Muslim, sekali gus memastikan kecemerlangan kehidupan di dunia dan akhirat.
